Aims and Scope

Journal of Meat Science and Technology (JMST) is online journal published quarterly (January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December) in English. The suitability of papers for publication in the journal is judged by the peer review. The articles on all broad aspects of the meat science and technology: production, transportation, slaughtering and dressing protocols of meat animals; welfare of meat animals; the quality attributes of fresh and processed meats; the processing, distribution and marketing of meat products and by-products utilizations will be considered for publication. The research on all mammalian species will be considered for publications including poultry and fish. JMST provides a platform for rapid dissemination of significant research finding and new knowledge in the reach of research and industrial communities. JMST maintains a very rapid peer review process from submission to final online publication.
